Black Sheep Brewery

Bittersweet in mouth with a dry finish packed with fruity notes and
Goldings hops. Black Sheep Ale is a full flavoured, premium bitter with a rich fruity aroma. We use plenty of choice Golding hops which give it a roast coffee maltiness followed by Black Sheep’s characteristic refreshingly dry and bitter finish.

 

 


Joseph Holt IPA
ABV 4.0% ORIGINAL RICH & SMOOTH CASK BITTER
A full drinking and original cask bitter that is rich in both colour and taste. Pours a clear amber, almost ruby,colour with creamy white head. It has a mild fruity and woody aroma, with berry undertones. Drinks smooth with a woody, malty and slightly peppery taste with a hint of floral hops. 

 

 

Golden Zesty Ale

Dizzy Blonde – Golden Zesty Ale
ABV. 3.8% 

A vibrant golden ale with a distinctive wild aromatic invigorating hop complemented by a crisp dry finish. Inspired by our colonial friends from across the pond, the use of Amarillo hops from the states makes Dizzy sassy, fresh and a delight to spend time with. Known at the brewery as Peggy she is making all the waves in the family and is currently the centre of attention and set for stardom.

 

 

Unicorn
ABV. 4.2% ROBINSON’S PALE ALE
Magnificent pale tart and thirst quenching bitter beer. Superb mouth feel of rich malt and hops and complex aromas of golding hops, malt and tart fruit. Long dry finish with citrus fruit notes. 

 

 

Flowers IPA
ABV. 3.36 PALE ALE
Pale ale was a term used for beers made from malt dried with coke. Coke had been first used for roasting malt in 1642, and in around 1703 the term pale ale was first used. Malty bitterness with a surprisingly long citrus hop finish.
